Any Blount County Library
cardholder can access his/her library account via the Internet using the library
card number and a special PIN number.
Patrons will need to obtain a PIN number from the circulation desk.
The patron must have his/her
library card for Circulation to be able to access any account in order to
provide the PIN number.

CATALOG. |

Choose BLOUNT COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY. |
| Click on USER SERVICES along the top of the screen. |

Click on USER STATUS INQUIRY, USER PIN
CHANGE or RENEW MATERIALS. |

Enter your ID number (this is your library
card number found below the bar code).
You need the entire number and your PIN number to access your
account. |

You are now logged into your account and can
view all check-outs, HOLDS, or overdue fines; change your PIN number; or
renew your materials. |
|
Click EXIT to leave your account. |
